Jay Andrew McCartin is a 15 Year old who was in need of help in more ways than just fitness and health. When he entered The Dungeon, he was battling depression, substance abuse, and obesity from a sedentary lifestyle. Since Jay has been in The Dungeon, he has lost 52 lbs and went from wearing 2XL shirts to wearing a Large. Along with this, he has dramatically improved his lifestyle and his relationship with his parents. 
 
Due to his amazing success and strong work ethic, Jay continues to reach new goals in The Dungeon that will take him to new heights not only physically but mentally.
